WORLD CHANGER IN ACTION
My journey as a self proclaimed 'World Changer' has led me to live amongst different people groups in Africa, Asia and the Pacific. Two decades as a volunteer, observer and implementer of organisational change has taught me what the key elements are to human centred solutions.
It is through my lived experiences and the values and tools of Indigenography that I build my consultancy to help organisations strategise, facilitate and create frameworks towards sustainable cultural change.
DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION

I work alongside organisations to shape a framework towards diversity and inclusion with a Indigenous/Pacific lens.
General themes of unconscious bias, equality and equity in long term strategies are considered to create a responsive framework with the intent to empower all.
RECONCILIATION AND YOU
​
Working with organisations to bring their Reconciliation Action Plans to 'life' I build upon the design intervention I created and developed to bridge the gap of understanding reconciliation and engaging with Indigeneity on a personal level. This intervention can be at a consultancy level working alongside strategy or through implementation with small teams.
HUMAN CENTRIC WORKSHOPS AND FACILITATION

I use Indigenous methodologies (Talanoa, Kakala, Va) used by many Pacific researchers to design, facilitate and coach teams towards human centric outcomes.
